By accessing and using FlowVid ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. FlowVid is an AI video generation platform that creates professional videos with voice narration, background music, and karaoke-style subtitles from text prompts.

2. Description of Service

FlowVid provides an AI-powered video generation service that:

  • Converts text prompts into professional video content
  • Generates AI voice narration and background music
  • Creates karaoke-style subtitles synchronized with audio
  • Optimizes videos for social media platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok)
  • Provides automated video creation without editing skills required

3. User Accounts and Registration

FlowVid launched in September 2025 and is now available for public use. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

FlowVid offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Free Plan

  • Limited video generations per month
  • Standard video quality and features
  • Community support

Pro Plan ($19/month)

  • Unlimited video generations
  • Premium video quality and advanced features
  • Priority support
  • Commercial usage rights

Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • FOUNDER50 users receive grandfathered pricing permanently
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use FlowVid to create content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Spreads misinformation or false information
  • Contains adult content or material harmful to minors
  • Promotes illegal activities or violence
  • Impersonates individuals or organizations without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text prompts and creative input you provide to FlowVid.

Generated Content: Videos created using FlowVid become your property, subject to our platform's terms. You have the right to use, modify, and distribute the generated content.

FlowVid Platform: All rights to the FlowVid platform, including AI models, algorithms, and software, remain the exclusive property of FlowVid.

7. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

FlowVid uses artificial intelligence to generate video content. You acknowledge that:

  • Quality Variations: AI-generated content may vary in quality and accuracy
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific outcomes from text prompts
  • Content Review: You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use
  • Accuracy Disclaimer: AI may generate factually incorrect or biased content
  • Copyright Responsibility: You must ensure content doesn't infringe third-party rights

AI Training and Data Usage

Your prompts and generated content may be used to improve our AI models, unless you opt out in your account settings. We do not use personal information for AI training.

Content Moderation

Our AI systems include content moderation to prevent generation of harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or remove content that violates our policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. FlowVid may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FlowVid, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

FlowVid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of FlowVid after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use FlowVid will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
