FlowVid provides an AI-powered video generation service that:

• Converts text prompts into professional video content
• Generates AI voice narration and background music
• Creates karaoke-style subtitles synchronized with audio
• Optimizes videos for social media platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok)
• Provides automated video creation without editing skills required

3. User Accounts and Waitlist

FlowVid is currently in development and launching in the first week of September 2025. By joining our waitlist, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use FlowVid to create content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Spreads misinformation or false information
• Contains adult content or material harmful to minors

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text prompts and creative input you provide to FlowVid.

Generated Content: Videos created using FlowVid become your property, subject to our platform's terms. You have the right to use, modify, and distribute the generated content.

FlowVid Platform: All rights to the FlowVid platform, including AI models, algorithms, and software, remain the exclusive property of FlowVid.

6. Beta Access and Early Users

Early beta users will receive:

• Lifetime access with early pricing locked in
• Personal 1-on-1 onboarding and custom demo
• Priority support with direct access to the creator
• Influence on product development and feature requests

Beta services are provided "as-is" and may contain bugs or limitations as we refine our AI models.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. FlowVid may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FlowVid, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
